My story

 I started practicing yoga during one of the most challenging phases of my life. For years, I struggled with different health issues, both physical and emotional. It was during that time that I truly realised health is the greatest blessing we have , and I should write about Yoga to help others.

When I turned to yoga, I didn’t expect it to change my life the way it did. But with regular practice, I began to feel a deep shift not just in my body, but also in my mind and spirit. Yoga became my healing space, and I knew I had to share it with others.

Today, I see so many people around me dealing with depression, anxiety, chronic health problems, and obesity. That’s what inspired me to create this space to help people understand how powerful yoga can be in healing both the body and the brain.

I spent a lot of time deeply studying yoga not just the moves, but the real meaning behind it. Through that journey, I found ways it can truly heal people, inside and out. Now, I write from the heart to share what I’ve learned, hoping it helps others like it helped me.
